Getting Started

We’re so excited for you to experience the power of our workouts.

  1. Download the free “It Gym” app from App Store

  2. Select your Membership or Punch Card/Drop-In

  3. Sign up for your first class!

  4. Be sure to arrive ready to sweat 10 minutes before your first session. Whether you’re a fitness rookie or just new to the It Gym family, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

It Gym’s group classes are carefully designed to be safe and challenging for all levels of fitness. Class sizes are limited, so you’ll get the best of both worlds: the attention of personal training AND the energy of group fitness that we all crave! Our trainers have your back: we’re always looking for ways to help you be your best. We’re here to coach you and to make sure you’re working in a weight range that is right for you.

There are a few ways to get fIT in Group Fitness: Lift It, Work It, Push It, Stretch It, and Yoga. These classes are open to all and registration is open on the It Gym app.

Regardless of your fitness background, here you’ll be challenged and empowered to accomplish your goals. Come as you are—we cannot wait to meet you.
