It Gym’s mission is to provide the proper tools to building strength in order to move WELL for as LONG as possible.

Teens are no exception to that, deserving a strong foundation to their personal fitness journey. Our new Teens’ class has a balanced approach to strength training, endurance, and injury prevention. This high-energy class is designed specifically for growing teens, with the goal of improving strength, speed and agility, flexibility, and balance.

Whether your t(w)een is just beginning their fitness journey or they are looking to improve movement for their sport, this group class will accommodate all levels. Our experienced trainers will guide a small group through proper form and technique in resistance training exercises, speed/agility/quickness, and endurance-based circuits.

Class is limited in size and will meet on Monday’s from 4:30pm-5:20pm. Parents are welcome to stay to observe or can enjoy comfortable seating and free wi-fi right outside the gym.
