Lift It is a weightlifting class that will test your brute strength and build your capacity. If you want to learn proper weightlifting techniques and improve your overall strength and stabilization, this class is for you. Here you’ll find traditional barbell work and accessory work.

Work It is a 50-minute calorie-torching group class. Regardless of your fitness level, here you’ll be pushed to your limits with a unique, functional, full-body workout. Come ready to sweat, burn, and have fun!

If Lift It and Work It had a baby, it’d be named MET F-IT During these multimodal exercise training format classes, you’ll be given the option to:
a) focus on heavier barbell lifts
b) add a little extra strength & conditioning circuit (lighter weight with more volume, plus conditioning)This one-hour class gives you the ability to make your workout what YOU want.

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced Yogi, our instructors are ready for you. Get ready for flow style yoga class blending dynamic poses, static stretching and mobility to enhance flexibility, strength and stamina. This class can serve as an active recovery day or as a standalone practice. Leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day or your next workout.
